Case Study : Where's Your Favourite Spot?During the summer of 2010, wagamama approached Amplify to devise a campaign to drive take-out sales through the medium of window graphics and internal POS. The copy needed to be fun and tongue in cheek, while engaging the customer immediately. IdeaWith the simple idea that take-out can be 'enjoyed anywhere' outside of the restaurant environment, the central concept developed was a question to the consumer – 'Where's Your Favourite Spot?'. This allowed us to achieve the basic requirement of the brief through a single, familiar catchphrase and using bright colours essentially 'dress' each location with large spots which offered a simple visual element that could tie the campaign together. ResultAmplify successfully created a modular and yet bold solution that allowed for easy and effective application across more than 60 locations across the UK. Now everyone knows their favourite spot! |
